Qualified introductions (email or meeting)

What this engagement does not include:
Brokerage or agency services
Negotiation of commercial terms
Representation of either party

Legal, financial, or investment advice

Engagement fee & pricing:
Total engagement fee: £4,000
Engagement fee to start: £2,000 (50%)
Final fee: £2,000 payable after introductions are completed
