Our role is limited to identifying, qualifying, and introducing potential partners based on defined criteria.

What this engagement includes:

1. Definition of partner profile and objectives
2. Partner mapping and shortlisting
3. Relevance and fit screening
4. Context briefing for both parties
5. Qualified introductions (email or meeting)
6. Introductory support and clarification

What this engagement does not include:

1. Brokerage or agency services
2. Negotiation of commercial terms
3. Representation of either party
4. Transaction management or follow-up
5. Legal, financial, or investment advice
6. Guarantees of outcomes

Engagement fee & pricing:

1. Total engagement fee: £4,000
2. Engagement fee to start: £2,000 (50%)
3. Final fee: £2,000 payable after introductions are completed
